Refund & Revision Policy

 

1. General Provisions

This Refund & Revision Policy (“Policy”) applies to all digital products and services purchased through MyLoveSong.in, operated by NBA Orip LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
By placing an order on the Platform, the Customer confirms understanding and acceptance of the terms set forth herein.

2. Nature of the Product

Each song is individually produced using proprietary digital composition processes based on information, narratives, and instructions provided by the Customer.
Accordingly, every product constitutes a personalized digital good created specifically for the individual purchaser.

3. No Refund, Cancellation, or Withdrawal

Given the customized nature of the product, all sales are final once the production process has commenced.
No refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks shall be permitted after the initiation of production, irrespective of subjective dissatisfaction or changes of preference.
In the event of a verified technical delivery issue, the Company will provide a new download link or equivalent replacement at its sole discretion.

4. Complimentary Revisions

To ensure satisfactory completion, each Customer is entitled to two (2) complimentary revision rounds per order.
Such revisions must be limited to minor textual, vocal, or compositional adjustments consistent with the initial creative direction.
Requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days following initial delivery via the on-site Review tab or by email to review@mylovesong.in.
Revisions requested beyond the allotted rounds or time frame may incur additional fees as determined by the Company.
Revisions shall not be construed as a waiver of the no-refund provision stated in Section 3.

5. Technical Malfunctions

If a Customer is unable to access or download the delivered file due to verified technical failure, the Company shall, upon proper notification, provide renewed access at no additional cost.
Such technical support shall not imply any obligation to modify or recreate the artistic content.

6. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
Any disputes or claims arising hereunder shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming, USA.
